1. SELECT ITEMS- from PRODUCT PAGE, pick quantity desired, then click ADD TO CART, then search for next product to purchase to do the same, and so on.
2. FINALIZE ORDER (YOUR SHOPPING CART)- once you have added all the items you need to the cart, click the SHOPPING CART ICON (upper right hand corner). This will take you to YOUR SHOPPING CART. Double check items in your cart to make sure that everything is correct, or if you have included everything that you need. If you missed anything, you can browse our website further to add more items. You can still adjust quantities for each item here. If everything is in order, click CHECK OUT (lower right hand corner)
3. CHECK OUT- this will take you to the INFORMATION PAGE, where you will be asked for you FULLNAME, FULL DELIVERY ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, & other pertinent information. Kindly provide COMPLETE & ACCURATE information as this will make order processing easier. Remember that your orders will be shipped to you so the address has to be complete & accurate, and likewise, we will have to communicate with you so the mobile number you provide has to be correct, as well. If everything is in order, click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING (bottom of the screen).
4. SHIPPING- this will take you to the SHIPPING PAGE, where you will select SHIPPING METHOD. Selection will be based on the area your delivery address is and rates will be based on average rates for 3rd party delivery app rates. Do note that these rates will be applicable for orders that do not exceed 20kgs in weight, and that can fit a standard motorcycle. Orders that exceed 20kgs in weight will be shipped via 4-wheel vehicle with different corresponding rates. Once you have chosen, click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
5. SELECT PAYMENT METHOD- this is the FINAL STEP for checking out. Select your desired PAYMENT METHOD, then click COMPLETE ORDER (bottom of screen) to complete your order. This will take you to our THANK YOU PAGE. Take note of your system generated ORDER# (near the top of the THANK YOU PAGE), write it down before closing your browser. Do note that all orders made after you receive your ORDER# are final! All "additional/ pahabol" orders will be considered as NEW ORDERS.
6. WAIT FOR OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL within 24hours, informing you that our system has received your order. This email will contain the same ORDER# and the details of your order. To avoid unnecessary delays in order processing, we advise that you also send us a message in our Facebook page or Viber number so that we can immediately be notified of your order. Kindly indicate your fullname & order# so we can find your order more easily.
6. WAIT FOR US to get in touch with you. For orders checked out before 12NN, expect us to contact you within the day. For orders checked out after 12NN, expect us to contact you the following day. Except for Fresh Fruits & Veggies, in which case we shall follow the cutoffs & delivery schedules for that category. During this time, we shall revert to you with the following--
a. STOCK STATUS of ordered items- which are out of stock, and which are available on hand
b. PRICE CHANGES for ordered items, if any
c. NEW TOTAL, if there are any adjustments to the order
d. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS, depending on payment method you have chosen
a. FOLLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS given during previous step
b. SEND US A SCREENSHOT of proof of payment as soon as you can to avoid delays in order processing
c. once we confirm having received your payment, we shall immediately notify you of DELIVER DATE & TIME. To manage your expectations, orders paid for today will be shipped out the following day, subject to queuing with orders made by other customers, UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE. Except for Fresh Fruits & Veggies, in which case we shall follow the cutoffs & delivery schedules for that category.
