DISCLAIMER

Please find below some important things to note as you explore our online store and book your orders from us--

1. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

As much as we would like to keep all the published prices in our online store up-to-date, it is simply impossible with the thousands of items that we carry.  In order to avoid unnecessary & troublesome over (or under) charges, we do not ask for payment when you complete your order.  We have added a step in the order process where we revert to you with the correct prices (in the rare event that published price is wrong) and updated total, before asking for payment. 

2.   OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

As much as we would like to always have stocks on hand for all of the items that we carry, there will be times when we will run out of certain items.  Events such as, but not limited to--  importer running out of stocks and still awaiting next shipment, too much demand for the importer/manufacturer to meet, temporary stopped production, out of season products, discontinued products, etc.  In order to avoid unnecessary & troublesome over (or under) charges, we do not ask for payment when you complete your order.  We have added a step in the order process where we revert to you with the stock status of your ordered items (whether available on hand or out of stock) and updated total, before asking for payment. 

3.  GRAMMAGES

For some items (especially vegetables, fruit, seafood, meats, etc) that are sold by weight (kg/ half kilo etc), oftentimes, it will be impossible to get the exact weight you ordered simply because it is impractical.  A few examples would be--  order of 1kg pineapple, 1 pineapple weighs 850g, and adding another pineapple would bring the weight to 1.8kgs;  or order of 1kg fish, 1 fish weighs 1.2kgs.  What we normally do is go for the weight that's closest to what you ordered (whether less or more, whichever is closer), then inform you of the exact weight and updated total, before asking you for payment.

4.  QUALITY/ FRESHNESS OF FRESH, REFRIGERATED, & FROZEN ITEMS

We do our best to give you only the freshest, highest quality fresh/chilled/frozen items and we will make sure that products that products are shipped to you in the best condition possible.  Hence, we shall be reserving the right to regretfully turn down orders of certain items if we see that your delivery address is very far from our shipping point or if the journey would take too long to maintain the goods in good condition while in transit, unless we can mutually come to a mutually agreement as to the handling/shipping of said items.  

5.  NEED SOMETHING BUT CAN'T FIND IT IN OUR ONLINE STORE?

Our online store is a contantly changing, growing, living thing.  In our quest to be as complete as we can, and hence, be able to serve you, our valued customer in the best way possible by offering as wide an array of products as we can, do note that we will be constantly adding products to our lines.  However, since most of our time will be dedicated to our day-to-day operations to give you the best possible customer experience, oftentimes, we won't be able to update our website fast enough.  Need a product but can't find it in our online store?  Just message us to ask if we have it.  We most likely will!

 

6.  WRONG/ CONFUSING/ DOUBLE ENTRIES IN ONLINE STORE

We are only human, and as much as we try to make all the info in our website as accurate and relevant as possible, it will be inevitable that some mistakes will appear.  Do forgive us when you spot certain errors and do point them out to us so we can correct them or clear up your questions.

7.  CUTOFFS

In order for each of our customer's orders to be given enough amount of attention for proper processing,  we implement cutoffs so that our workload can be compartmentalized into manageable bits.  List of detailed cutoff days and times by transaction/ item has been enumerated in a separate article.

8.  NO PICK UP POLICY

Entertaining customers (or their designated riders/ couriers/ drivers) who pick up their orders on site is tricky business.  We have to make sure that they are comfortable while waiting for the orders to be given to them.  We have to make sure that ordered items are packed and ready when they arrive so they don't wait too long for their orders.  We also have to make sure that they don't clog up the street in our community while waiting.  And between the time that they order until the time that they arrive, we have to be in constant communication with them.  In order to acheive all of that, compromises will have to be made with the amount of attention that we can give to processing orders.  Hence, we have adopted a NO PICK UP POLICY to avoid the problems mentioned above.  When you place an order, we shall advise you with delivery date and projected delivery time range so that pick ups from the riders will book will be timed properly, and order processing will be managed better, so we can serve you better.
